Just released a plugin for WordPress that can be used to track your posts on Facebook, Twitter and Google+. When I say “track” I mean that this plugin fetch data from social networks and bring likes counter, number of shares, number of comments on Facebook, but also number of Google +1s interactions and the number of times your posts are tweeted on Twitter.
Those data are used to make ranks and show your best posts, that is to say: your Top Social Stories.
This plugin tracks those data daily and can build line charts, interactive charts, for each post, like this:
Charts like this are build also for the global view of your blog.
The plugin builds stats on a period and on for today, in today list you can discover which posts are going viral just now.
