A Cabler sprinkler hacked to become wifi

A used valve modified with a Wemos becomes a connected sprinkler for my plants on the balcony garden.

Ottobre 31, 2019

A wemos D1 mini board connected to home wifi, mapped its ip to a port of the router to access it from Internet. This lets me control a solenoid “Claber Aquauno” valve and a moisture sensor to water plants properly on my balcony (good also for a garden)while I was away on vacations.
In the photos you can see how I’ve modified the valve to connect to an external microprocessor.
